Includes (2) one hour pre wedding meeting the week before the event.
All details must be complete by clients and then handed over to Blue Skies.
8 hour wedding day service.
Blue Skies will oversee load in and set up at venue.
Blue Skies will maintain the wedding day schedule.
Blue Skies will distribute any final payments or tips that need to be handled the day of the event.
Blue Skies will provide emergency wedding kit.

Month of Planning
Includes (3) one hour pre wedding meetings discussing all the details about the event.
All contract and contacts will be handed over to Blue Skies, as they are booked by you, so that we can go over and confirm.
Blue Skies contacts and reconfirms with all vendors, details and load-in / set up times, floor plan, final payments, etc.
8 hour wedding day service
Blue Skies will create a detailed Wedding Day Timeline and will share with all vendors.
Blue Skies will oversee and maintain schedule of the entire event from beginning to the end.

Unlimited meetings, phone calls, text and emails to develop and design the concept for the event.
Organizing and managing budget
Attending appointments with you or on your behalf.
Providing professional resources for you to help make your decisions easier.
Blue Skies will keep track and be point of contact for all vendors so you never have to worry.
Blue Skies creates custom timeline and will coordinate all load in and break down.
Blue Skies will be with you the entire day of the event.
