About Robyn
Hello! My name is Robyn, lead planner and owner of Blue Skies Wedding and Events. After graduating in Hospitality, my career started out working for the Walt Disney World Company, and I loved every minute of it. Returning home and working for other Hospitality companies in New Orleans, building my knowledge in this industry that I love so much. Flash forward a few years later and Blue Skies Wedding and Events was born in 2014.
My husband Justin and little boy Oliver "Ollie" are my world. I love dinner parties, eating all the appetizers and drinking a glass of Sauvignon Blanc, with an ice cube. Live concerts are something I never say no too. Being a tourist in our own city is what I do on my weekends off. Looking forward to meeting you!
Favorite New Orleans Restaurant :
Any special occasion my go too is GW Fins, but most Friday nights you can find us at Rock n Sake Metairie Road.
Favorite New Orleans Festival :
The New Orleans Jazz Fest is top followed by the French Quarter Fest. Jazz Fest will always have a place in my heart because that is where I met my husband.
Favorite Artist :
Hardest questions. I am a lover of all music. I can go from Dave Matthews Band to Justin Timberlake, throw in some Billy Joel to some Garth Brooks and hey why not some Lizzo. Love a good Pandora shuffle of them all. I listen to music all day long.
Silence in not golden in my house.
Favorite New Orleans thing to do :
Walking up and down magazine shopping, eating and drinking at all the local places.
